So I am working on the Final for my Advanced Web Design Class. the project is to have a site with a log in and Sign up system and a drop down Horizontal Menu. I don't want my site to look Corny by making the menu a table with a non interesting border. I made up something I would like to use in Photoshop But I have no Idea how to make it into a menu. I also don't completely understand the Log in/sign up system and was looking for some advice on how to go about this. Thanks again.

Login and registration systems are usually part of some other system (e.g., a forum or a content management system). But perhaps one of these CGI or PHP password-protection systems would meet your needs:
