i am practicing html and css, i was going through a site, www.myntra.com, in that they have created a scrollable bar with the list of brands they have. can any please tel me how to create such a thing... please tel me in detail

if you're talking about the tab navigation at the top that drops down and allows you to cycle through their products, that's a drop down tab.
