I was wondering if anyone knew how to make the site so that the top of the page stays still and you scroll the rest. It's hard to explain so I made a diagram (see attached).

You can do this with frames, javascript or CSS. I think CSS is the only good solution, see this reply to a similar question: http://forums.htmlhelp.com/index.php?s=&am...post&p=6042
