I have a myspace profile that until a couple days ago, I only viewed with Firefox(I don't usually use IE.) However, for some reason I did open it in IE and saw something unsettling. Here's what my profile looks like in Firefox:

That's what I want it to look like. Now, here's what it looks like in Explorer:

Do you see the problem? The text is wrapping way too early. I have a survey thing a little further down that it really messes up. This is a big problem, because most people who will view my profile will use IE, and I want it to look right. So does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. smile.gif

Hi,

I think you'll need to supply the URL for anyone to do anything more than wildly guess at the problem.

Ok.

Maybe the fixed width of 100 in the MusicRow . . . but I don't have the problem in my browsers . . . I don't have IE to check for you.
Someone else will probably be by soon to see if they can offer better help.

What text wraps too early? Nothing jumps out to me.

The page is a good deal wider than my monitor and many times as high and very slow so it's impossible to to compare side by side on two browsers.

It looks interesting when looked with validator...

Look at the Movies section in both pics, just under the Skillet banner... It does that all the way down to the end of the page.

What's that?

Page is full of errors, but I don't know much influence you have on code, I'm no expert for myspace.

I'm no expert in anything. blink.gif

I think I probably have more influence on the code than I think I do, but I really have no idea how to do much. You can change a lot of things by placing code in the "About Me" field on the edit profile page, but like I said, I don't know how do that much. To get the code for my layout, I used a profile generator from some site.

Unfortunately myspace in general and the profile generators in particular are full of errors that you can't fix.

Note To Forum Admins: Perhaps we need a separate MYSPACE forum, since it's not really html. glare.gif
