Now, you see that blog thing. It kinda has multiple articles of updates/info. It is kinda like a forum post that you can edit and all that. Just on the front of your page. I am wondering how i can make such a design, or system. I just need a point in the right direction, thanks for listening.

Well, apparently vBadvanced (CMS) makes use of vBulletin (forum). Those systems might be a little too much for your needs. You could look into a blog system, such as WordPress or any other. You can compare them here: http://www.weblogmatrix.org/ .
