Hi,
I have designed a page with HTML. I need your advice. Factors are:-
1. In a page, I have already placed 14 ad banners (125x125 size) on right side.
2. On the left side, I want to place my text with bullet points till the end (bottom of the same page).
3. When I go on typing, the second banner from the top (rigtt side) goes down whereas it should not move.
Can u please help me as I am new to HTML.

It looks like you're just using align="right" to move the images to the right. That's great if you want the images to be aligned with specific parts of the text, but it sounds like that isn't what you want.
It sounds like what you want is two columns that are relatively independent of each other. In that case, you need a different approach. For example, you could use any of the 2-column layouts at these sites:

http://webhost.bridgew.edu/etribou/layouts/skidoo/
http://bluerobot.com/web/layouts/
BTW, your markup has structural errors. Our online validator (see links at the top and bottom of this page) will report them to you.
