I am in need of some code.

We are running a Pick-em contest for 36 Bowl games. I need code for a form for the contestants to enter their picks. I need spaces for:

Name
Address
City
State
Zip
Email
Username

I need 36 dropdown boxes with two options in each.

Here is the important part.... I need a submit button that sends their choices to my email and then returns to a page that says something like "Thanks for your entry!".

This is probably fairly simple. I just don't know how to do it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In the case of the 36 dropdowns with only two options each, I'd rather use radiobuttons, which probably wil be easier to understand to your site's visitors. See especially the first link given in the above FAQ entry and the HTML reference on INPUT elements.

It will be much simpler if someone could just put the code that I need here and I will copy it over to where I need it. Thanks.

I'm sorry, but that's not the way I like nor intend to help.

You'll learn much more if you learn how to do it yourself, with a little help from us ofcourse. Then, if, at any time, you encounter a similar "problem", you'll be able to solve it yourself, which is more satisfactory, I assure you.

The links I gave you will put you on the right track. Now it's up to you to try. You're always welcome to come back to the forum, if things don't work as you like. But at least try first.

I got the info I needed from another site.

If it involves action="mailto:..." then it isn't very reliable info.
