My Webpage

I would like to put an image to the right of the page heading.

I can make the header rectangle that includes the name The Best of Patzcuaro, Michoacan somewhat taller than its current 60 pixels if I can find a way to raise the line that says

Your picks for the area's very best... - maybe by eliminating the <p>?

So there is more area/height for an image.

But, in general, how do I place an image on the right side of the header?

Is the image part of the heading? If so, then perhaps something like this could work:
CODE
<h1><img src=... alt=... align="right">The Best of Patzcuaro,  Michoacan...</h1>

The space above that paragraph is a combination of the margin you've specified for div.innertube and the browser's default margin for the p element.
