I have a webiste which i built myself, i have just changed a web form on the home page but it has ruined the page, half of the form is missing and half of the page's content has gone from below the form. The form is generated by aweber.

Why do you think it's not uploaded correctly, does it look OK offline?
From looking at the HTML source it's simply cut off at the bottom. There's also a big block of CSS in the middle of the page, where it doesn't belong.

Yes the page looks fine offline and exactly how it should be, but as soon as you upload it something goes wrong! the page is just very simply generated in notepad. ive had the site for months but this problem has only occured when i changed the web form..

Which is the page? There is no form on the page you linked to.
If I view the source, I see the beginning of a form, but as Christian said, the HTML looks like it was cut off abruptly.

why would this happen? as said before the page is fine offline but as soon a sit is uploaded it gets messed up..
Are you sure you upload the right file? Could you have saved a half baked copy?
