I don't like relying on people, but this has been driving me crazy for over three hours and I have had enough. I have been trying to figure out how to left align the text in my read only textarea. You can look at the problem at http://priceprospector.com/html_tutorials.html. I have a feeling that the problem has something to do with the code above the textarea, but I'm not sure.

It is left aligned. What you see it the tabs you have in the source.

There is also a large space between the Introduction and the other two boxes. How can I get rid of this?

By not specifying that all three boxes should be 400px high.
