I have solved the problem above, got one question if you can help me with.

Here i have board installed http://www.almennt.com/phpBB3/
and the one i am working on now http://www.almennt.com/prufusida/test2/phpBB3/

i am using same style on the boards, if you take a look at them, then you will see that fonts seems to bigger on the other board, do you have any idea why this is, here i got overall_header from the test board "overall_header is the only file i have edit"

They look the same size in my normal browser configuration. It's only when I disable the minimum font size that the first one shrinks.

The first one uses
http://www.almennt.com/phpBB3/styles/seren.../stylesheet.css
which specifies "font-size:10px".

The second one uses
http://www.almennt.com/prufusida/test2/php.../stylesheet.css
which specifies "font-size: 10px", but also uses
http://www.almennt.com/prufusida/test2/style.css
which specifies "font-size: 11px".

Don't use px for font sizes. Use 100% for body text, use larger percentages for headings and the like, and use (slightly) smaller percentages for legalese and similar fine print.
