Does anyone know a way to create a border, and a border around that border? I'm thinking a light green border with a dark green border around it. Is this possible with CSS?

There is a value for border-style that creates a double border. But if you want the individual borders in different colors and want more control overall, you have to use two nested HTML elements and give each of them their own border.
