I know nothing about HTML so can you tell me why this code seems to produce a grey background when copying and pasting it into the email tool but when saving it changes to a white background? Is it something to do with the HTML having two versions of the background? "background-color: #F2F2F2"> and background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); In fact the tool seems to be removing the <body style="background-color: #F2F2F2"> when we save it

<body style="background-color: #F2F2F2">
<center>
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="600" id="templateContainer" style="border-collapse: collapse; border: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(242, 242, 242);">
<tr>
<td align="center" valign="top">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="600" id="templatePreheader" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class="style3">

Nope. Know nothing about your email program. In a browser the body background is a light gray, as you probably already know. The other background colors are for the tables and don't affect body.
