If this is the wrong forum first off I apologize... please move it for me since this is my first post. I have a website I am working on, and there is a for included in it. I need help making this form functional to send the inputs to an email. I know it's simple but I don't want to change the code, it is CSS and HTML, and I need the format to stay the same.
