Until you send me the PM you could try wrapping the content in another <div>. Something like this:
CODE
    <div class="webgl-content">
      <div id="gameContainer" style="width: 1024px; height: 768px"></div>
       <div style="height: 100%; width: 100%;">
        <div class="footer">
          <div class="webgl-logo"></div>
          <div class="fullscreen" onClick="gameInstance.SetFullscreen(1)"></div>
          <div class="title">Heat Engine</div>
        </div>
     </div>
    </div>

I just tried playing around at random with the style.css file, and changing the second line looks like it fixed the problem:

.webgl-content { height: 100%; width: 100% }
