getURL, Not sure if this is the right section.... Options

K, I'm making a pop-up nuke (don't ask, please) with flash, and using the getURL to redirect the browser to a shock site (again, don't ask) but for it to spam the computer with pop-ups, I need the site to open in a new window, instead of just redirecting the browser to the first frame that sends them to only one site. So, is there a script I have to put in? If so, do I put it on the movieclip or the frames?
