I need a little info on the FTP clients out there.
I've been using Filezilla (the latest version) but running into difficulties. Eg, won't transfer one particular .css file properly, no matter how many times I try, or times out immediately after connecting to the server and opening a couple of folders, and then doing it again when I relaunch it). It also bothers me that you can't check the total number of nested folders and files within a particular folder. It seems you have to open them up one by one if you want to check that everything got uploaded. (If it is possible, can anyone tell me how to do it?) Do CuteFTP or WS FTP allow this? Or even better, if there is a cheaper alternative to these two that allows you to check easily that all files have been uploaded successfully?
Thankx
