I've redesigned a site for a customer and all's well apart from when I send a form from the contact page an acknowledgment page comes up like this . I would like to format this to at least have the company logo on it and provision to return to the home page.
The test site is at: http://www.sierra.co.uk/NewSite_v2 and the cgi file is as follows

CODE

Matt's FormMail is very old, and is said to suffer from serious security holes. Here is a drop-in replacement you might try: http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/scripts.

How to customize the script depends on where you want the logo and link on the confirmation page.
