I've run into an interesting problem with a conflict between a flyout and a flash animation I've made.

When there is a flash object "under" the flyout, the flash object displays on top, so you can't see the flyout, unless the opacity of the flyout is at 100%.
It does the same thing if border-radius is involved.

So you can't see the flyout unless the flyout object is at 100% opacity and does not contain border-radius.

Any ideas how to make it display above the flash, with both less than 100% and with border-radius?

EDIT: this occurs in FF, IE, and Chrome

Can you provide the URL (address) of a document that demonstrates the problem?

Here you go.

Found a fix for IE.
Change the flash's wmode to "transparent" or "opaque".
But other browsers don't get fixed with is.
