Problem | text is selected but not show up the copy/cut bar on ios mobile Options

Hi,
Im trying to use this code:

<textarea onclick="this.setSelectionRange(0, 9999);">My text will be selected when textarea is clicked.</textarea>

when I click the text its select all by one click but it doesnt open the copy bar.
