Hello dear friends,
I would like to ask you one question. If you go on this web-site http://www.i4future.org You can see static background image with birds sitting on a wires. I would like to make it more interesting and make those birds moving. What software should I use? Flash, Java or Gif Image? I have been never doing moving content before. And my second question is. In what program can I develop moving effects when you click on web site like in this one: http://4discovery.eu? I mean moving compass and growing map. Thank you so much for your answers. It would help me to enhance my skills pretty much. I appreciate every post. Have a nice day F |

I don't know, but I vote for Flash.
I do know that you should make all text real text though. Images of text kinda suck for several reasons. |

Moving things are usually distracting, so I advice against it.
In any case I wouldn't use Flash or client-side Java Applets. CSS3 lets you use multiple background-images, so you might use a small animated GIF for the birds. |

It will be just little move of bird wings nothing distracting, just elegant. Can you please answer my second question? In what is made this moving intro when you open this page? http://4discovery.eu Thank you so much for your help again. |

Thank you so much for your answers. You are so smart people.
I want to ask you one think. If you click on this web site : http://4discovery.eu/ All buttons on the website with the "States names" (Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris etc) starting appearing from the fade on the "swf bean" created in FLASH (http://4discovery.eu/bean.swf) How does they make it? Because the bean (http://4discovery.eu/bean.swf) do not include those buttons which starting appearing on the growing "flash bean." (see the link before) Please have a look on the links I have written to understand it. (http://4discovery.eu/ & http://4discovery.eu/bean.swf[/b] I would very appreciate your help. I would like to create something similar but nobody do not know how to do that. I think is normal JAVA effect on the buttons with the names of cities, but which script can make start appearing those buttons on the bean or it is even CSS? Again I very appreciate EVERY comment. Have a nice day and thank you for your time F This post has been edited by looker: Oct 6 2013, 10:02 AM |
