I have an important problem, which I think will be hard to solve. When my site was made mobile friendly all my titles went and there is now only one in the “header”. I have added titles to the other pages but they don’t show up any more. Now the webpage only shows the short title in the header and the folders in which the page is in. Is this a problem for google? Or is there a trick to add the titles in the meta tags individually on each page like I have done with meta tag description - that works beautifully.
An example this is the meta tag which comes up in google:

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/img/favicon.ico">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="de" >
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" >
<meta name="revisit-after" content="1 day" >
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow" >
<meta name="copyright" content="Kico4u" >
<meta name="page-topic" content="Englisch, Übungen, Lernen, Grammatik, Hörübungen, Leseübungen" >
<meta name="audience" content="Alle" >
<meta name="msvalidate.01" content="7605B90F0E29C685E5B0A143C6DB21D4" >
<link rel="top" href="/index.html" title="Home" >
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https://kico4u.de/css/kico4u.css" media="screen" >
<link href='https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Josefin+Sans:600' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
<title>Englisch Lernen mit Englische Übungen - english - hoerverstehen - comprehensions</title>

The despription is further down after script:

<meta name="keyword" content="englisch,hörverstehen,übungen,hörübung,listening,comprehensions">
<meta name="description" content="Übungen zum Englisch Hör-und Leseverstehen - Listening Comprehension. Englische Hörtexte mit viele Übungen zum Trainieren und Testen des englische Hörverstehens. Englisch Lernen Online ">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"></head><body>

I used to have the title here too but it just doesn't show up

I would appreciate any help whatsoever.
