Hi all, I'm a total noob in coding so please don't be too rude :-)

I would like to create an interactive quiz like this

the problem is that I want to embed it in Blogspot platform which doesn't support PHP or similar..
so I can use only html or jquery..

Is there any ready-to-use code that I can simply modify for my purposes?

Don't know of any straight off, but it doesn't seem impossible to find such scripts through Google. Didn't check any of them out, just noted there were some hits that looked right.
