Can't get images to display Options

Below is the code I'm using. As I was working in the HTML application and previewing my site, the images were visible. Once it was published however, the images no longer appeared (just the alt text).
I'm not an expert at this. The URL is http://www.nebeadco.com/weeklyspecials.html
Any thoughts?

Where is the image located? What is it's name?
