Let's say a person updates their blog at blogger.com daily. They have a dial up internet connection, so it has super slow downloading times. What if they could download the entire site (images, HTML, JS, ect. Excluding PHP, CGI, and ASP) so there wouldn't be any downloading time? Then I think, what about the cache? The cache can't tell whether there's a newer file or not, but this QuickLoad program would store the version in cookies, so it download the newer version from the server and offer an update. It's just an idea, so some constructive critisism would be good.

P.S.: Like my signiture?
