Tabbed Table Options

Hello, I am not sure if this would be the correct place/spot to ask this.


I have been trying to find a goo tabbed table code for my site (I would credit the creater. THis is all I could find. http://support.proboards.com/index.cgi?boa...p;thread=299579

and was wondering if there was a way to get this code to work on an html plan web page. I feel I'm stupid and just can not get it to work correctly.

the site posted right above this text shows what I am trying to create. I like the over all look and appeal of the tabbed table. However woud like to be able to add and take away the tabs (again, not sure this is a possiblility). However after finding this book website, I have hope that i'm not crazy in my search for coding help.
