hi

You set the frame rate in the animation program you create the animated GIF in, so you need to open it in that and change that property. Usually you can change the duration of all frames in one go, provided they should have the same duration, of course.
The slashes in the URL should tilt in the other direction. Backslashes are for Windows paths. |

What about if your last frame isn't holding it's duration? All frames are set at 600 but the last frame doesn't hold for that long. it gets skipped over back to the 1st frame. http://eyelash-envy.com.au/

According to Jasc Animation Shop the last frame is set to 7/100th sec.
