HTMLHelp Forums _ Web Site Functionality _ Cannot Get Tags to Show in Tumblr Theme

I am currently using an edited version of the Sugar Tumblr theme. I edited some big chunks of text trying to get this to work and might have screwed something up

If someone could explain how to get the tags to show under the post that would be great. I've used a few tutorials and they haven't worked.
