Add pagination to page Options

Need help with this

I am trying to add this pagination http://www.mis-algoritmos.com/digg-style-pagination-class to this page http://www.almennt.com/ny_sida/testing.php

in testing.php i have included comment script, i am not sure "where" to put this class in, i have try everything,

i have add the class as attatch if someone can guide to right way in this.
Do i need to make new mysql for this.
