Hello everyone! This is my first post here after lurking on the forums for a bit and I'm hoping some kind people on here would be willing to advice me on a new project of mine. I'm totally new to HTML and SQL, so I could really use some experienced help.

My dad is an EE who owns a private business calibrating and repairing precision measurement tools like the audiometers and vision testers they use at schools and doctor's offices.

I'd like to make him something more or less identical to this: https://secure.tsi.com/rma/intro.aspx This is a general overview of what's happening https://secure.tsi.com/rma/RMA_Website_Instructions.pdf

I won't pretend I know how it works exactly, but maybe it uses a query to search through a database and then fills a table with user input? My dad already has a database with the needed information in Microsoft Access.

Like I said I'm quite clueless, but something like this on my dad's website would be super helpful for him. Any help or information to get me started would be MUCH appreciated! Thank you!
