Hi, I'm new here... i thought i'd kick off my posting with the obligatory site review...

Now, i have a few sites on the go... i'll list the main designs here and request your comments smile.gif

Site one: http://www.rawkstar.net/ - my main site, it's a music webzine for mainly UK bands.

Site two, related to the above it's our dedicated podcasts website (at the moment only 1 podcast):-
http://podcasts.rawkstar.net/ - i'm half thinking of converting the whole site design to this, what do you think? i have a mock up of how it would look here and here.

Finally, a comic website (html/css done by myself, graphics created by the comic author...) http://www.section54.com

I know this is a lot to get through in one post, but if you can spare the time i'd be grateful!

Thanks,
Bob

Great work on the sites.
The only problem I had was clicking the Download link for the podcast. The binary file is downloaded as text in my browsers. IT causes them to lock up and I must force quit the browser.
I suspect your server's mime types are not set properly for audio/mp4

Lots of patience...

I initially made it work in firefox, then tweaked it to work in safari and opera... then rewrote it completely 'cause it never worked in IE happy.gif

check out this to help with getting rid of a lot of the size spacing etc problems: http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/reset/
