Hello all,

I work for a small company where I'm kind of the all around tech guy. My general knowledge is fair but I don't know a thing about html coding. Since we only needed a very basic website, I figured I could google around and figure it out, and for the most part I did.

My problem is with one particular page on the website, this one:

http://www.calschools.com/?page=services-staterevenue

The problem is that in Internet Explorer 9, the numbers appear on the left side of the picture, and the text appears on the right side of the picture. This ONLY occurs in Internet Explorer 9. In older versions of I.E., Firefox and Chrome the list appears properly, to the right of the image.

Here's how it looks in Internet Explorer 9:

And here's how it looks in older versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox:

Here is the html code I used:

Now, I fully acknowledge that the code I used is probably sloppy as heck but this is definitely not my in job description and for the most part it turned out okay as, again, this problem only happens in the newest Internet Explorer.

I can't figure out what is causing the list to appear wrong -- the extent of my skills in this area is to be able to follow some simple web tutorial on HTML lists or something like that. I would REALLY appreciate any help resolving the problem. Thanks ahead.

I didn't see that in my IE9, but there are HTML errors you should fix: http://www.htmlhelp.com/cgi-bin/validate.c...es-staterevenue (perhaps the ones related to lists from line 30 are relevant, as well as the second HEAD section beginning on line 50).
