HTMLHelp Forums _ General Web Design _ Forum HTML Code?

Good day,
I am trying to make a forum of my own and I don't know what type of HTML code to use.
My questions are:
Does anyone know where to obtain an HTML code I can use to build a forum?
Do you recommend any Free Hosting websites?

You need a lot more than HTML code for a forum. One of these http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/Bulletin_Board_Message_Systems/ or http://php.resourceindex.com/Complete_Scripts/Bulletin_Board_Message_Systems/ may meet your needs.

if you have your own server you can install any number of free forum packages.

I like http://www.infinitecore.com.

Many hosting companies now have 1-click installation of one or another forum packages already available.

Thank you both very much. I will try to figure this out.. wow I'm not so good at this "scripting". It takes a lot of work to present a forum.. I wish there was a simpler way ^^;;
