Hello

I am trying to create a video interface on the website that allows you to change the perspective that you are viewing it in. Similar to what japanese television did during the world cup. We made a short film shot in the perspectives of the 2 characters and one 3rd person perspective. What I am trying to do is play all 3 videos at the same time, having the selected video displayed large and the 2 other videos as small previews below (these also play). When the user selects a video it takes the place of the large video on top and that video appears as a small preview below where the last one was. Here is a screenshot of the site layout.

What I have working so far is that the videos all play, the bottom 2 are muted as the sound is slightly different for each video, and they are selectable. The only thing that I cant seem to get right is having the videos continue playing from the right point in the timeline. They always seem to reset themselves. The strange thing is that the video that has been replaced/has become a small preview video still plays from the right point, while the others reset to the beginning.
I wonder whether there is a way to make this work. I have been thinking about getting rid of the preview videos and replacing them with buttons or what ever, so I am flexible for solutions.
Any answers or ideas are greatly appreciated
