HTMLHelp Forums _ Markup (HTML, XHTML, XML) _ Help with website design

I've been having trouble with html for my website.

Here's the code:
http://www.weebly.com/uploads/9/5/2/1/952110/custom_themes/738558257234010868/files/Picture%202.png?43100

Here's what it comes out as:

Now I don't want it to look like that. I want the links on the navigation to be either to the left with the search bar on the right or vice-versa. However, I can't figure out how to do it. Can someone please help me?

Those are only images. We need to see the coding in action (HTML and CSS). Can you post the url to a page using that code?
