Just a curious question. I am creating TiddlyWikis and loading them with significant content (for personal use, not uploading) and want to know if anyone knows if there is a file size limit to html files.

In theory, no.

In practice, at some point the bandwidth/memory/whatever requirements will make extremely large documents awkward or impossible to view.

You want to keep your file as small as possible. For example, the site ps3portal.com takes several seconds to load on my internet (And I have DSL) I feel sorry for the people with dial-up.
