Just a curious question. I am creating TiddlyWikis and loading them with significant content (for personal use, not uploading) and want to know if anyone knows if there is a file size limit to html files.

In theory, no.
In practice, at some point the bandwidth/memory/whatever requirements will make extremely large documents awkward or impossible to view. |

You want to keep your file as small as possible. For example, the site ps3portal.com takes several seconds to load on my internet (And I have DSL) I feel sorry for the people with dial-up.
