It's probably ugly and sloppy coding. Let me know if anything stands out for you. I know I need to change the font color for the middle section, blue and light orange aren't the best contrasting colors.

Ah, with the apples we have here it needs sugar also or it turns out very weak... ahh gotcha. The apple blends I use are usually in the 1.045-1.060 range which would give 5-6.5%. I'm not of similar with specific cider based platforms but you should be able to use one of the calculations in brewers friend to determine the base must using a simple fructose addition, then fortify with additional sugars as desired to reach intended og. |
