HTMLHelp Forums _ Markup (HTML, XHTML, XML) _ Submit Button will not work in IE - HELP...

Hi All, I am by no means a web developer. I run my own business and thus am required to wear multiple hats . I have a contact submission form on my website which works 100% as intended in both Firefox and Safari - but for the life of me I can not get the Submit button to respond in IE... Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks a zillion in advance!!!

Our online validator reports markup errors:

Among other errors, you have nested one form element inside another.
