I need help adding an auto scrolling feature (such as this http://www.brownielocks.com/autoscroll1.html) to a html object on my website (see www.mymcgillmisa.com)
I've tried (with no results) to get it to scroll, but maybe some experienced coders can help

(code follows)

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
<html><head><title></title></head><body><div style="width:320px; height:360px; overflow:auto;">
