A friend has a web page that someone created for her that I like. I can do pretty much everything on the page but one part has me a little stumped.

They have a very light separator between the page sections. Is this accomplished through pure CSS or images or both or ?????

I would love to do something like that on a page that I am working on if I can get it figured out.

The page is located at HERE.

Any suggestions, tutorials or magic tricks greatly appreciated!
Jim

It seems that the "gaps" between are just part of the images. All the images are held in divs and just placed on top of each other.
Take a look at the images individually to get a better idea.

You might be able to do it with some CSS3 shadows too: http://www.css3.info/preview/box-shadow/

Exactly what are we talking about? Is it something I can't see on my screen with crappy contrast again?

I think the OP means the gray borders around the content boxes.

Content boxes? The only borders I see is in the images.

Like this http://www.waynesboroheritagefoundation.co...s/plumbicon.jpg and this http://www.waynesboroheritagefoundation.co...nativethumb.jpg . Is this what you all mean?

Yes that's what I had in mind. Didn't realize the "content boxes" were just images with text on. blush.gif

Good. Then it wasn't my screen this time. biggrin.gif I didn't see the borders as separators. Was looking for something in-between them. blush.gif
