I am trying to figure out if it better to use "insert file" into a table cell rather than use ther image as the cell background both give the same effect, but I need the cell to remain the same size as the image.
Hope you can help on this simple question.
thanks
Albert

Do you mean if it's better to use an IMG element or a CSS background-image in the TD? If the image is considered important content, use the IMG element (with proper ALT text) . If the image is just for decoration it doesn't really matter.

Depending on the rest of the table you may have to specify width and height of the table cell in either case.

A link to a sample page might be helpful.

I think Christian means he'd like you to post the URL to a sample page so we can better understand the problem. So would I. happy.gif
