I downloaded the script from the http://isvipi.org/ and use it .
My files hosted at http://adnanshahid89.byethost7.com/ where the project runs. There is exception in the project that when user log in there is tag of Add Photos that run but not able to upload photos in any format. isvipi.org has a forum section. You should be asking them for help. Maybe they can help you fix the upload problem (because someone else had the problem too). I know I will not read their code to look for an answer.
