I've been searching the web on how to make a AJAX and PHP upload progress bar. I've found some tutorials, but they don't explain it very well. I know how to do AJAX. I just need to know what PHP code returns the progress of the download.

Any good tutorials? I can find a million and one downloadable upload bars, but not a single tutorial.
