How can I make the src for my div, so that each div displays only one part of a single external document?

I suppose you could write a server-side (e.g., CGI, PHP) program that extracts the part you want, and use it to insert just the part you want.

Any simple html/css solution? isnt there something involving the # symbol and name= ? I don't know much about writing programs...
