Please critique these sites. Some customers are calling and saying they don't see pricing-they are not scrolling down on each page-I want to put a link for pricing at the top to see below, then another link to see above. I can't find the code for this. Any other comments would be appreciated.

I'd play a little with CSS to stylize text (too many colors and sizes), the borders around links are not necessary. The background on jigsawpuzzle is OK, but on scrapbookpuzzles should be lighter.

First of all, I can tell that a LOT of work went into creating both of these sites. Generally speaking I think they are both above average, but since you are looking for critical input here goes:

• Neither site looks as if it were professionally designed to me, but both look as though they were done by a knowledgable amateur.
• There is a lot of visual overload. Just too much information on each page, and I suspect you'll have a high rate of site abandonment because navigability is a problem with information overload.
• I believe you could benefit from having some professional icons created by a graphic artist. Perhaps hiring someone via a site like http://elance.com to create your own custom high quality images would be worth it.
• I don't like the "Click to Purchase" links everywhere. The pages should be redesigned to accomodate purchasing on the same page that the images are displayed on.

A few possible suggestions:

• I would try to trim down the number of options you are presenting to clients on any given page.
• I would create an initial landing page for each of the sites that first explains exactly what you do and who you are. It should be simple and cute. "XXX Co. is a full service custom puzzle manufacturer that can take your images and turn them into fun collectables." Maybe a little storyboard that shows the steps... 1) Someone taking a photo of a farm, 2) E-mailing the photo to you, 3) Your machine printing it out, 4) Customer opening the box with their custom photo identical to the original.
• Incorporate a photo uploading capability into the site which allows clients to attach an image and have it e-mailed directly to you.
• Consider implementing a full blown e-commerce app such as osCommerce or similar.
