anyone can help me? i would like to create a page with items like latest to oldest, but the information is i submit myself. (E.G.) I dont wish to like remove an item manually out of slot 7 then update a new item in slot 7. It's like i remove an item, it will be out then if i update a new item it will be the top of the list automatically. And I would like to create number pages, like page 1,2, next previous etc. Do these pages number generate automatically or we have to create 1 by 1? Hope you guys understand what i'm saying because I dont know how to term them properly.

To do that sort of thing properly you need to use a database application. HTML doesn't "do" things like "moving this out, and that in", it just represents the information to be seen on a browser.

Perhaps you can use blog software or similar?

Well, if you find a CMS that does what you want, then you can use that. Otherwise, you'll need to get a programmer to build or customize one for you, or you'll need to learn to do it yourself.

You can compare open source (free) content management systems at the Open Source CMS web site. Some web hosts will install the software for you.
