Hi all,

My provider is oneandone

I am looking do create a simple HTML page that offers the abilitity to fill out an application to join my 4x4 club.

I want the results to be posted in a private section of my forums for myself and other club officials to view before the user can be granted access to our forums.

I would also like for their IP to be recorded in the post as well.

I have mysql5 and php5 running on my host. As well as access to htaccess.

Any suggestions, tutorials, or general advice would be appreciated!

Josh

If the forum provides this function (with an application form on the forum pages), simply copy this form, mutatis mutandis*, to wherever you want this HTML page.

If the forum doesn't provide an application form, you need to add this functionality, which is programming, not HTML.

HTH

* Yes, I know, but it sounds good.
