I wish to remove the space in between my posts on my theme.

Do you mean the 1px distance between the posts? You have a margin-bottom: 1px; for .entry in the CSS at the top of your page.

Just get rid of the line margin-bottom: 1px; (or set it to 0px) for the .entry selector in the CSS.
I have no idea how to do that in Tumblr, as I have no knowledge of that at all.

Ok. Now you have BR tags, both inside and after each DIV with id="entry-deux". Get rid of those.
