How can get a picture there?

For some reason this doesn't work:

Does favicon.ico exist?

What type of image is it? Is it really a PNG image, as advertised by the type attribute? Is it a Microsoft icon file, as indicated by the filename? Or is it something else, as indicated by the HTTP headers?
