Ok, so while I was away, someone else in my office took over my duties of updating a set of pages. And now, for some reason one of the pages is having issues with how it appears in IE vs. Firefox. and I can't figure out what's wrong. It's only on one page of those she updated.
problem page: http://www.mdm.com/ext/html/TechDirectory-...andingpage.html Problem: In the second column, the gray background is supposed to be about half the height of what appears in IE (appears correctly in Firefox). comparable page: http://www.mdm.com/ext/html/TechDirectory-...andingpage.html I have gone over the html in both pages and cannot figure out why the difference is occurring. -- And before anyone starts in, I KNOW tables are now considered bad form for creating design, but that's what I have to work with right now so please do not rant to me about that. I'm moderately competent with HTML and can usually figure out the compatibility problems but this one is stumping me. Help? |
